Terms of Service

1. Service Description

The Platform is operated by YINNET and provides cloud servers, networking, IP resources, and related infrastructure services to users worldwide.

Before registering, purchasing, renewing, or using any services provided by the Platform, users must carefully read and fully understand these Terms of Service.

By completing registration, placing an order, making payment, renewing a service, or actually using any service, the user is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

If a user does not agree with any part of these Terms, the user must immediately discontinue registration, purchasing, or use of the Platform's services.

2. Applicable Laws and Compliance Requirements

When using the Platform's services, users must comply with:

  • The laws and regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction where the server node is located;
  • The laws and regulatory requirements of the user's own jurisdiction;
  • Applicable international laws, industry standards, and cybersecurity requirements;
  • All service policies, rules, and requirements published or updated by YINNET.

Users are prohibited from using the Platform's services for any illegal, non-compliant, infringing, abusive, high-risk, or otherwise harmful activities, including but not limited to:

  • Network attacks, DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute-force attacks, or similar activities;
  • Spam, phishing emails, malicious bulk messaging, or unauthorized promotional activities;
  • Viruses, Trojans, malware, botnets, cryptomining malware, or related activities;
  • Copyright or trademark infringement, piracy, counterfeit products, unauthorized sales, or distribution of illegal content;
  • Pornographic content, illegal content involving minors, or any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation material;
  • Gambling, fraud, Ponzi schemes, money laundering, illegal payment services, fraudulent investments, or other financial fraud;
  • Hosting, forwarding, proxying, assisting, or facilitating illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise high-risk businesses;
  • Any other activities that YINNET reasonably determines to constitute abuse, misuse, violation, or high-risk behavior.

YINNET may determine whether a violation has occurred based on system records, complaints, upstream provider notices, regulatory requirements, and its own risk-control assessments.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YINNET may take measures including restricting, suspending, or terminating services, refusing refunds or renewals, and suspending or permanently banning accounts.

3. Account and Information Accuracy

Users must provide true, accurate, complete, and valid information when registering for and using the Platform, and must ensure that their email address, contact details, and payment information remain valid and accessible.

YINNET may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account and related services in circumstances including:

  • Providing false, incomplete, invalid, or unverifiable registration information;
  • Registering using temporary, disposable, anonymous, or otherwise difficult-to-verify email addresses or contact information;
  • Bulk registrations, abnormal registration activity, frequent changes to account information, or other suspicious behavior;
  • Associations with accounts involved in abuse, chargebacks, fraud, or other high-risk activities;
  • Unauthorized use of another person's identity, information, payment method, or contact details;
  • Refusal to cooperate with reasonable risk-control reviews or identity verification requests.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and assume responsibility for all activities, orders, payments, service usage, and actions performed through their accounts.

4. Service Activation and Delivery

Services are generally activated automatically after payment has been successfully completed.

Actual activation time may be affected by payment confirmation, resource availability, system maintenance, risk-control reviews, and other operational factors.

YINNET may delay, refuse, or cancel service activation where:

  • An order is identified as high-risk by the risk-control system;
  • Payment appears abnormal, disputed, subject to chargeback risk, or originates from an unclear or suspicious source;
  • User information is incomplete, invalid, or cannot be verified;
  • Resources are unavailable due to insufficient inventory, node maintenance, system failures, or upstream adjustments;
  • An order involves abuse, fraud, prohibited activities, or other high-risk circumstances;
  • The user's account or associated accounts have previous violation records.

If services cannot be delivered due to inventory, system, or risk-control reasons, YINNET may, depending on the circumstances, provide replacement resources, delayed delivery, account credit, or a refund.

5. Resource Usage and Fair Use Policy

Users must use purchased services reasonably, lawfully, and in compliance with applicable policies, and must not adversely affect the overall stability of the Platform, upstream network security, or the normal use of services by other users.

The following may be considered unreasonable use or resource abuse:

  • Sustained excessive bandwidth usage or abnormal traffic generation;
  • Sustained excessive CPU, disk I/O, network I/O, or other abnormal resource consumption;
  • Cryptomining, malicious computing, abuse of computing resources, or other abnormal resource usage;
  • Large-scale scanning, brute-force attacks, probing, attacks, or abnormal connection behavior;
  • Using services to operate malicious proxies, spam systems, phishing websites, or illegal businesses;
  • Usage that materially exceeds the reasonable scope of ordinary cloud server, networking, or service-plan usage;
  • Any other activity that may negatively affect the Platform, upstream providers, network quality, or the rights and interests of third parties.

YINNET may impose bandwidth restrictions, speed limits, suspension, shutdown, account restrictions, service termination, or corrective-action requirements as appropriate.

In serious cases, YINNET may terminate the user's account and refuse refunds to the extent permit

6. Traffic and Billing Rules

Traffic usage is calculated according to YINNET's system records.

Certain products may use bidirectional traffic billing, meaning that both inbound and outbound traffic count toward the service plan's traffic allowance.

If traffic usage exceeds the applicable plan limit, YINNET may, according to the product rules:

  • Suspend the service;
  • Limit bandwidth;
  • Require payment for excess traffic;
  • Automatically generate an invoice for excess traffic charges;
  • Take other measures specified in the applicable product rules.

Traffic usage, bandwidth consumption, plan quotas, and excess usage charges are determined based on YINNET's system records.

If statistics from third-party monitoring software, user-operated monitoring systems, or other external tools differ from YINNET's records, YINNET's system records will prevail, subject to applicable law.

7. Refund Policy

Users may submit a refund request within 24 hours after service activation, provided that all conditions set out in this section are satisfied.

Refund requests must be submitted through a support ticket and are subject to review by YINNET.

7.1 Refund Eligibility

A refund may be requested only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • No more than 24 hours have passed since service activation;
  • The service has not been involved in violations, abuse, attacks, complaints, or restrictions;
  • Traffic usage has not exceeded 10% of the plan's total traffic allowance;
  • The service does not involve customized resources, special configurations, resources that cannot reasonably be resold, or promotional products subject to refund restrictions;
  • No payment dispute, chargeback, or other third-party dispute process has been initiated;
  • The refund request has been submitted through a support ticket and approved by YINNET.

7.2 Processing Fees

Eligible refunds are subject to a 10% payment processing fee or processing cost.

This amount represents non-refundable costs associated with third-party payment processors, remittance channels, currency conversion, and administrative processing.

The actual deduction will be determined based on the applicable payment method and YINNET's review.

7.3 Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted through a support ticket and reviewed by YINNET.

Canceling, deleting, releasing, reinstalling, or discontinuing use of a service through the control panel does not constitute a refund request and does not establish refund eligibility.

If a user independently deletes or releases a service, such action may be treated as a voluntary relinquishment of the service, and YINNET may refuse the refund request.

7.4 Refund Limit

To prevent abuse of the refund policy, each account may receive a maximum of three refunds in total.

Once this limit has been reached, YINNET may decline further refund requests from the account and associated accounts.

7.5 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • More than 24 hours have passed since service activation;
  • Traffic usage exceeds 10% of the plan's total allowance;
  • The service has been suspended, restricted, or terminated due to violations, abuse, attacks, complaints, or high-risk activities;
  • Customized services, special configurations, special IP resources, non-resellable resources, or products explicitly marked as non-refundable;
  • A payment dispute, chargeback, or other third-party dispute process has been initiated or remains pending;
  • No refund request was submitted through a support ticket, or the user independently deleted, canceled, or released the service;
  • A renewal order has already taken effect or the service has entered a new billing cycle;
  • Promotional products, discounted products, coupon orders, or other orders explicitly marked as non-refundable;
  • The account or associated accounts are involved in fraud, abnormal transactions, malicious affiliate activity, refund abuse, or other risk-control concerns.

7.6 Refund Method

Depending on the circumstances, refunds may be issued to:

  • The original payment method;
  • The user's YINNET account balance;
  • Another method that YINNET reasonably determines to be appropriate.

YINNET is not responsible for delays, differences in received amounts, or processing failures caused by payment processors, banks, blockchain networks, exchange rates, transaction fees, or third-party platform policies, except to the extent required by applicable law.

The final refund method, refund amount, and processing result will be determined following YINNET's review and applicable laws and regulations.

8. Service Suspension and Account Termination

YINNET may restrict, suspend, or terminate services or accounts if:

  • The user violates these Terms or other Platform policies;
  • The services are used for illegal, non-compliant, infringing, or high-risk activities;
  • Resources are abused or the stability of the Platform, nodes, or upstream networks is negatively affected;
  • Fraud, chargebacks, abnormal transactions, payment disputes, or other payment risks exist;
  • The account presents association risks, high-risk behavior, or refuses to cooperate with reasonable risk-control reviews;
  • The service receives abuse complaints, upstream notices, regulatory requests, or third-party rights claims;
  • The user's activities may expose YINNET, other users, upstream providers, or third parties to loss, risk, or legal liability.

Where reasonably practicable, YINNET may provide advance notice and request corrective action.

In urgent situations, cases involving clear violations, high-risk or illegal activities, or where an upstream provider requires immediate action, YINNET may restrict, suspend, or terminate the affected services without prior notice.

9. Associated Accounts and Risk-Control Mechanisms

For Platform security, payment security, and network stability, YINNET may use information including the following to identify associated accounts or abnormal activity:

  • IP addresses;
  • Login environments;
  • Device information;
  • Browser characteristics;
  • Payment information;
  • Contact information;
  • Registration information;
  • Ordering behavior;
  • Service operation records;
  • Network usage characteristics;
  • Affiliate relationships;
  • Other information reasonably necessary for risk-control purposes.

If YINNET reasonably determines that an account presents association risk, abnormal activity, fraud risk, or abuse risk, YINNET may:

  • Request additional information or identity verification;
  • Delay, reject, or cancel orders;
  • Restrict, suspend, or terminate services;
  • Restrict refunds, withdrawals, balance transfers, or participation in promotions;
  • Revoke discounts, commissions, gifts, or other benefits;
  • Suspend or permanently ban the account and associated accounts.

Risk-control determinations form part of YINNET's internal security and fraud-prevention systems.

YINNET is not required to disclose specific rules, complete algorithms, assessment details, or internal risk-control models, except where disclosure is required by applicable law.

10. Data and Backups

Users are solely responsible for the security of data stored within their services, backups, system configuration, application deployment, and security protection.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YINNET is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or business interruption resulting from:

  • User error;
  • Compromise of the user's account or system;
  • Failure by the user to maintain adequate backups;
  • Suspension, deletion, expiration, or termination of a service;
  • Hardware failures, network failures, upstream provider failures, or force majeure events;
  • Third-party attacks, system vulnerabilities, malware, or security incidents;
  • Actions taken as a result of the user's violation of these Terms.

Users are strongly encouraged to maintain regular local and off-site backups.

Important data should be protected through multiple independent backup mechanisms.

11. Network and Service Availability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

YINNET will use reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and stability, but does not guarantee:

  • 100% uninterrupted availability;
  • Accessibility from every region or telecommunications carrier;
  • That routing, latency, packet loss, bandwidth, IP geolocation, or connectivity performance will remain unchanged;
  • Compatibility or accessibility with any particular website, platform, application, game, streaming service, social network, or third-party service;
  • That an IP address will not be identified, categorized, restricted, blocked, or geolocated differently by third-party databases;
  • That services will not be affected by telecommunications carrier policies, international network routes, routing adjustments, blocking, censorship, network pollution, attacks, or upstream provider changes.

YINNET is not responsible for access issues caused by external network conditions, third-party platform policies, telecommunications carrier restrictions, regional blocking, upstream changes, differences in IP database identification, or other circumstances beyond YINNET's reasonable control.

Services may experience temporary interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, resource adjustments, or security-related actions.

YINNET may provide advance notice where reasonably practicable, but emergency maintenance or security actions may be performed without prior notice.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Users understand and agree that:

  • Services may experience interruptions, latency, packet loss, performance fluctuations, or temporary unavailability;
  • Users are responsible for the business, regulatory, compliance, and data risks associated with their use of the services;
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, YINNET will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or commercial losses, loss of profits, loss of data, reputational damage, or third-party claims arising from the use or inability to use the services;
  • The Platform's services must not be used for life-safety systems, emergency medical systems, military systems, nuclear systems, aviation control systems, core financial transaction systems, or other scenarios requiring exceptionally high levels of availability and continuity;
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, YINNET's aggregate liability arising from or relating to a particular service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for that service during the most recent billing cycle.

13. Affiliate Program and AFF Commission Rules

YINNET may make an affiliate program or AFF commission functionality available to eligible users at its discretion.

Participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of this section and any additional affiliate rules subsequently published by the Platform.

13.1 Affiliate Commission Eligibility

An affiliate commission will only be considered valid if all of the following requirements are satisfied:

  • The referred customer is a genuine, independent, naturally acquired new customer;
  • The referred customer registers and makes a purchase through a valid affiliate link;
  • The order has been successfully paid and the service has been activated normally;
  • The order has not been refunded, canceled, charged back, disputed, or involved in prohibited usage;
  • The referral passes YINNET's risk-control review.

The validity of affiliate commissions is determined based on YINNET's system records and risk-control review.

13.2 Commission Hold and Review Period

All affiliate commissions are subject to a review and holding period after they are generated.

Under normal circumstances, the holding period is 30 days.

If an order presents elevated risk, payment irregularities, account associations, refund risk, or other circumstances requiring additional verification, YINNET may extend the review period.

Commissions shown as pending or under review are not yet available for withdrawal, account credit, settlement, or other use.

13.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum AFF commission withdrawal amount is USD 50.

Users may submit a withdrawal request once their available commission balance reaches USD 50 or more.

Balances below the minimum threshold will continue to accumulate and cannot yet be withdrawn.

13.4 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Available withdrawal methods will depend on the methods supported by YINNET at the time of withdrawal and may include:

  • Alipay;
  • USDT;
  • Bank transfer;
  • Transfer to the user's YINNET account balance;
  • Other payment methods supported by the Platform.

After a withdrawal request is submitted, YINNET will review it within a reasonable period.

Under normal circumstances, review and payment will be completed within 7 to 15 business days.

The first withdrawal request is subject to manual review.

Subsequent requests may be processed more quickly where no abnormalities are detected, although YINNET reserves the right to manually review any withdrawal request.

13.5 Account Balance

If an affiliate commission is transferred to the user's YINNET account balance, that balance may only be used to purchase or renew YINNET services.

Such balance cannot subsequently be withdrawn, refunded, or transferred to another user.

Commissions arising from abnormal referrals, prohibited orders, chargebacks, refunds, or other risk-control issues cannot be withdrawn, transferred into account balance, or used to offset service charges.

13.6 Prohibited Affiliate Activities

Users must not obtain affiliate commissions through:

  • Self-referrals, self-purchases, or referrals through secondary accounts controlled by the same person;
  • Referring family members, associated accounts, or accounts controlled by the same beneficial owner;
  • Registering, ordering, paying, or centrally managing accounts on behalf of referred users;
  • Creating abnormal associations through identical or highly similar IP addresses, devices, payment methods, contact details, behavioral characteristics, or related information;
  • Bulk registrations, fraudulent registrations, fake orders, arbitrage, or abuse of promotional activities;
  • Misleading advertising, false information, impersonation of YINNET, or falsely implying an official partnership with YINNET;
  • Spam emails, unsolicited bulk private messages, forum spam, malicious advertising, or deceptive redirects;
  • Cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, forced redirects, click exchanges, traffic exchanges, automated traffic, or other unnatural methods of generating clicks;
  • Offering cashback, cash incentives, commission sharing, or other financial inducements to referred users;
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities, promotional loopholes, or abnormal methods to obtain commissions;
  • Any other activity that YINNET reasonably determines to be abnormal, artificial, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Affiliate Program.

13.7 Referral Source Verification

Affiliate links must be clicked by genuine, independent users as part of a normal and voluntary purchasing decision.

If YINNET cannot reasonably verify the source of affiliate traffic, or determines that traffic sources involve concealment, fabrication, misleading methods, artificial traffic, bulk referrals, or similar practices, YINNET may reject withdrawal of the affected commissions and cancel those commissions.

13.8 Invalid Commissions and Recovery

Affiliate commissions may be considered invalid where:

  • The referred order is refunded, canceled, charged back, or disputed;
  • The referred service is involved in prohibited activities, resource abuse, fraud, or other high-risk behavior;
  • The referred account and affiliate account are identified as associated accounts;
  • The referred customer is not a genuine and independent purchaser;
  • The referral source cannot be verified or violates Platform policies;
  • The affiliate violates these Terms, the Affiliate Program rules, or other Platform policies.

If invalid commissions have already been paid, transferred into account balance, or used to offset service charges, YINNET may deduct the corresponding amount from future commissions, account balances, or other amounts payable to the user.

In serious cases, YINNET may restrict the account, suspend services, revoke affiliate eligibility, or permanently terminate the account.

13.9 Taxes and Fees

Unless otherwise stated, users are responsible for payment processing fees, remittance fees, applicable taxes, blockchain transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and other third-party charges associated with commission withdrawals.

The amount actually received may differ due to payment processor fees, exchange rates, bank charges, blockchain network fees, or charges imposed by third-party platforms.

13.10 Platform Review Rights

YINNET may determine whether affiliate commissions are valid based on system records, risk-control policies, payment information, account behavior, network environments, device characteristics, and other reasonably relevant information.

Risk-control determinations form part of YINNET's internal security systems.

Except where required by applicable law, YINNET is not required to disclose specific assessment rules, complete algorithms, or detailed risk-control methodologies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YINNET reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program.

Any changes to Affiliate Program rules will be governed by the latest rules, notices, or information published on the Platform.

14. Amendments to These Terms

YINNET may modify, update, or supplement these Terms where reasonably necessary.

Updated Terms will become effective upon publication, subject to any notice or effective-date requirements imposed by applicable law.

Continued use of the Platform's services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes the user's acknowledgment and acceptance of the amended Terms.

If a user does not agree with the amended Terms, the user should discontinue use of the Platform and handle any remaining active services in accordance with the Platform's applicable policies.
